A down payment is required of one night’s stay payable by cheque made out to
L’Hôtel Le SIECLE, or by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard) by forwarding us the card number, expiration date and security number (last 3 digits on the reverse of the card next to the signature strip).
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (e-mail, fax or letter).
If cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the booked arrival date, the down payment is non-refundable.
If cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the booked arrival date, the down payment will be refunded.
However a cancellation fee of 5 euros will be incurred to cover processing costs.
The hotel reserves the right to bill for the entirety of the stay in the event of early departure.
Rooms are available from 15:00 (3 p.m.)
We would be grateful if you could check out before 11:00 (11 a.m.).
After this time the next night will be billed.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS – GROUP STAY BOOKING
An initial down payment of 30% is required to confirm the booking.
A second down payment of 50% is required 45 days before the date of arrival.
The payment of the balance will be required on arrival.
Total or partial group cancellation:
Between 90 and 60 days before the date of arrival = 30%
Between 60 and 30 days before the date of arrival = 50%
Less than 30 days before the date of arrival = 100%
For individual or group stay bookings
Any postponement of dates will be regarded as a cancellation and will thus incur the expenses indicated above. |
