Terms and Conditions
Stays under 3 nights
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (e-mail,
fax or letter) and with a deposit, which will be deducted
at the end of the stay, equivalent to the cost of one
night’s stay. The deposit will be cashed. Payment
by cheque or bank transfer (See
our RIB-IBAN).
Stays of 3 or more nights
All bookings must be confirmed in writing (e-mail,
fax or letter) and with a deposit, which will be deducted
at the end of the stay, equivalent to 30 % of the cost
of the stay. The deposit will be cashed. Payment by
cheque or bank transfer (See
our RIB-IBAN).
Cancellations
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (e-mail,
fax or letter)
- if the cancellation is made up 15 days before the
arrival date, the deposit will be returned in full.
- if the cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days
before the arrival date, 50 % of the deposit will
be returned.
- If the cancellation is made 7 days or under before
the arrival date, the deposit will not be returned.
- any interruption in the stay not confirmed in writing
(e-mail, fax or letter) up to 15 days before the arrival
date, will be paid at the initially agreed rate.
Bookings are held up until 6.00 p.m. Please let us
know if you will be arriving late.
